GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Naterra International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Operations Project Manager to join our fast-paced Marketing Creative team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects—driving timelines, optimizing workflows, and aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, on-brand deliverables.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment, possesses a strong understanding of creative production processes, and is highly adaptable to last-minute changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Creative Operations & Workflow Management

  • Own and optimize end-to-end creative workflows across all Naterra brands, including print, packaging, digital, retail merchandising, and brand campaigns.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of creative projects from intake through final delivery, ensuring high-quality, on-time, on-brand execution.
  • Develop and establish scalable project management frameworks to improve transparency, accountability, and speed-to-market.
  • Define and implement quality control checkpoints to ensure creative accuracy, brand consistency, and production readiness.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (Brand, Integrated Media, Product Development, Packaging, and Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Facilitate weekly cross-functional meetings, documenting and tracking clear action items and follow-ups.

Project & Resource Management

  • Lead intake and prioritization of creative briefs, and oversee capacity planning and scheduling.
  • Utilize project management tools (Asana, Slack) to manage timelines, assign tasks, and track progress.
  • Serve as a first line of review during weekly creative team touchpoints to maintain alignment with creative briefs.
  • Maintain, organize, and ensure accessibility project data across Asana, SharePoint, and internal servers.
  • Manage the digital asset management (DAM) system to ensure accurate organization, storage and retrieval of creative assets.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine internal processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and resource gaps, recommending solutions to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Track and report on project milestones, resource utilization, and workflow efficiency metrics to inform continuous improvements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2–3 years of project management experience in a creative, CPG, or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and asset production.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Slack).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment with shifting priorities.\
  • Experience managing and maintaining a DAM systems and file management tools (e.g., Bynder, SharePoint, Google Drive) preferred
  • Understanding of creative specifications for print, packaging and digital creative assets (video, photos, copy, etc.)
